“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL
Hon. MA.RAPHAELA BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF P145,423.74”

SK – Councilor WHEREAS, RA 10742 otherwise known as SK Reform Act of 2015,
Section 8 (b), one of the powers and functions of the Sangguniang
Kabataan is to approve the annual budget which is the annual slice of the
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program;

TEJADA WHEREAS, Section 8 © of the same act, empowers the SK to
SK – Councilor promulgate resolutions necessary to carry out the objectives of the youth
in the barangay in accordance with the Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan and the applicable provisions of the act;

WHEREAS, in a meeting conducted last October 30, 2020 , the

Hon. LORRAINE C. Sangguniang Kabataan approved the supplemental budget appropriating
BATOL the amount of P145,423.74 ;

WHEREAS, said supplemental budget is compliant to Section 20 of RA
10742, JMC No. 1, s-2019 and other related guideline in the use of SK
Funds;

PAYONGAYONG WHEREAS, said supplemental budget is necessary in order to carry out
the programs and projects of the Sangguniang Kabataan as outlined in
SK – Councilor
the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) and
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP);

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan of

Hon. JONEL L. Barangay Maria Fe to approve the supplemental budget in the amount of
SALAZAR P145,423.74.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward copies of this resolution to
concerned authorities for their information and action.
