RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BARANGAY CAMBALIDIO CALENDAR FROM THE YEAR 2020-2022 AS THE
BASIS IN FORMULATION OF THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT
PROGRAM CONCURRED IN THE 10% SK SHARE.

WHEREAS, in accordance with section 20 (a) of the SK Reform Act 2015(Republic Act [RA]
No.10472), ten percent (10%) of the general fund of barangay shall be set aside for the SK. The

Sanguniang Barangay shall appropriate the SK funds in lump-sum, which shall be disbursed
solely for youth development and empowerment purposes.

WHEREAS, in section 20 (b) of the said reform act, provides that the SK shall have financial
independence in its operations, disbursement, and encashment of their fund, income and

expenditures.
WHEREAS, stated under Section 8, Chapter 2 of the aboved-mentioned reform act, the SK
Shall formulate a Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development, as a three year rolling plan to
carry out the implementation solely for youth purposes.

WHEREAS, the Youth Development Program of the Sanggunian Kabataan integrates a vision,
developmental goals and strategies necessary for the development as a comprehensive program
to be like the Youth in the future.

NOWTHEREFORE on motion of SK Kagawad Roland Ken S. Brito, duly seconded by Jessica

R. Asence be it.

RESOLVED as it hereby resolved to adopt and approve the Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Program of the Sanggunian Kabataan of Barangay Cambalidio Calendar from the
Year 2020-2022 as the Basis In Formulation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program
concurred In The 10% Sk Share.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of the Punong
Barangay, Pambayang Pederasyon ng SK and the DILG Municipal Operation Office.
