RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BARANGAY TREASURER TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF

SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS & 0/100 ONLY (₱68,200.00) FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE FURNITURES AND FIXTURES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
BARANGAY SESSION HALL

WHEREAS, Barangay Council of Paniangan already has its office furnitures and fixtures such as tables
and chairs in the session hall but through time most of these furnitures are already dilapidated;

WHEREAS, The MLGOO of Manticao had remarked the appearance of the session hall which looked
more to a conference room rather than as a session hall and suggested instead for the improvement of session
hall through replacement of tables and chairs into more convenient and decent ones, thereby making it more as it
is intended;

WHEREAS, Barangay Government of Paniangan already appropriated the amount of ₱68,200.00 under
Capital Outlay in its 2021 Annual Budget for the said purpose;

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, on motion of Hon. Kag. Bernard M. Aca-ac which was duly
seconded by Hon. Kag. Robin D. Yapac, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the Barangay Treasurer to release the

amount of ₱68,318.92 for the procurement of office furnitures and fixtures for the development of barangay
session hall;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the municipal office of accounting,
budget and other offices concerned for their reference.
