RESOLUTION NO. __ S. OF 2018

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REALIGNMENT OF FUND FROM SK HONORARIUM

AMOUNTING TO NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS (P. 9,216.00), BARANGAY
TANOD HONORARIUM AMOUNTING TO FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P. 4,500.00) AND
MID-YEAR BONUS AMOUNTING TO THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX PESOS 9P.
3,286.00) WITH A TOTAL AMOUNT OF SEVENTEEN THOUSAND TWO PESOS (P. 17,002.00) TO
YEAR END BONUS OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act 7160 also known as the Local Government Code of 1991,the
Sangguniang Barangay is authorize to appropriate and realigned other expenses/emergency expenses from General
Fund;

WHEREAS,the Sanggguniang Barangay of Uson wants to realized the amount of Seventeen Thousand
Two Pesos Pesos (P. 17,002.00) only from Personal Services (PS) funded from the SK Honorarium, Tanod Uniform
& Mid-year Bonus it will be realigned to augment the fund of Year-End Bonus of Barangay Officials ;

WHEREAS, the said amount will be equally divided to all Barangay Officials;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kgwd. Hilario Barrameda, duly seconded by the body;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay of Uson Bacacay,

Albay in session assembled approved this said foregoing resolution and to enact this Appropriation Ordinance, to
wit;

APPROPRIATAION ORDINANCE NO. ___S.2018

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SUM OF SEVENTEEN THOUSAND TWO PESOS (P. 17,002.00)
ONLY.

Be it ordained by the _____ Regular Session of the Sangguning Barangay of Barangay USON,
Bacacay,Albay in session assemble;

Section I- PURPOSE: to Augment the Funding Cash Gift of Former Barangay Officials.

Section II- SOURCE AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS:

A. Source of Funds:
Savings from:
Personal Services
SK Honorarium = P. 9,216.00
Tanod Uniform = P. 4,500.00
Mid year Bonus = P. 3,286.00

B. Appropriations: Year-End Bonus P 17,002.00

Section III- EFFECTIVITY: this Ordinance shall take effect immediately.

Ordinance Ordinance No.__ Series of 2018 was enacted by the Sangguiang Barangay of Barangay Uson, Bacacay,
Albay during its __ Regular Session held last December 8, 2018 at Barangay Hall of Barangay Uson,

AMOUNT THREE THOUSAND PESOS (3,000.00) TO OTHER MOOE (CLEAN & GREEN);

WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act 7160 also known as the Local Government Code of 1991,the
Saangguniang Barangay is authorize to appropriate and realigned other expenses/emergency expenses from General
Fund;
WHEREAS,the Sanggguniang Barangay of San Pedro ,wants to realized the amount of Three Thousand
Pesos (3,000.00) only from Water Expenses to MOOE (Clean & Green);

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kgwd. Myrna Bellen, duly seconded by Kgwd. Gemma Bercilla;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay of San Pedro

Bacacay, Albay in session assembled approved this said foregoing resolution;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED: October 1,2016.
