start our regular session.
Chair: Let’s all stand for the prayer to be led by Hon. Kevin and remain standing for the singing
of our National Anthem to be conducted by Ms. Secretary.

Chair: Thank you Ms. Secretary. So, the chair declares quorum.
Chair: And now let’s proceed for the reading of previous minutes.
Sec: Mr. Chair the previous minutes is already forwarded to all members.
Chair: Thank you Ms. Sec. Since the previous minutes is already forwarded to all of you so
there’s no need to read the previous minutes any clarification, recommendation regarding to our
previous minutes.

Chair: Now let’s proceed to our Agenda. I have 3 Agenda that we will discuss today. Let’s talk
first on our first agenda which is the Proper Waste Segregation at home.

Chair: Yes Hon. Kevin.
Hon. Kevin: We need a public hearing for that. I suggest that we should conduct an assembly in
our barangay to inform and discuss that matter this coming Sunday Nov. 27, 2022.
Hon. Tayonso: Mr. Chair?

Hon. Tayonso: I agree Mr. Chair so I second the motion.
Chair: Any suggestions?............if none then let’s go for the voting of motion.

Hon. Damlas: I suggest that we will do a tree planting this coming Friday November 25, 2022.
Hon. Barcelo: Mr. Chair!

Hon. Barcelo: What if we move it to Saturday Nov. 26,2022 so that the students can participate
the activity and to encourage them to plant more trees.
Hon. Tabenas: I agree to Hon. Barcelo so, I second the motion.

Chair: Who will agree that the schedule for tree planting will be on Nov.25?

Chair: Ok let’s go to our next agenda. The province of Bukidnon headed by Gov. give 1M to
our Barangay. So, what project we will be implemented? any suggestion?
Hon. Tayonso: Mr. Chair!
Chair: Yes?
Hon. Tayonso: Mr. Chair I will suggest that we will use the 1M to renovate our Barangay office
and make it two stories if it is ok to everyone.
Chair: Any suggestion?
Hon. Kevin: Mr. Chair?
Chair: Yes?
Hon. Kevin: I’d like to do a motion that we will use the 1M to continue constructing our
covered court, because I think 1M is enough to finish the project.
Hon. Tabinas: Mr. Chair?
Chair: Yes?
Hon. Tabinas: I agree Mr. Chair to continue constructing the covered court because we can use
it to be held programs or activities. So, I second the motion!
Chair: Any suggestions?..............if none let’s vote.
Chair: Who is in favor of renovating the Barangay office? (2 votes)
Chair: Who is in favor of finishing the covered court? (Majority votes)

Honorable Kevin: The Kalahi choose our Barangay in the 3rd round to give a 500 meters road
concreting.
Chair: Ok thank you Hon. Kevin our committee on infra. So, any suggestion where we
implement that project.
Hon. Damlas: Mr. Chair!
Chair: Yes?
Hon. Damlas: I highly recommend implementing the project in Purok-9 because there are parts
of Purok-9 that is very difficult to pass.
Hon. Tayonso: Mr. Chair!
Chair: Yes.
Hon. Tayonso: Mr. Chair I disagree of what hon.2 suggested because there’s only 6 household
in Purok-9. I think we….
Hon. Damlas: Why would you disagree of my motion; I know it can help the people in P-9.
Hon. Tayonso: There are many purok who need the most of that project.

Chair: Settle down…. Listen everyone please do not interrupt if someone is talking, we should
respect everyone’s idea. And please if you want to talk raise your right hand and wait if I

Honorable Kevin: I suggest that we will implement the 500 meters road concreting to Purok-6
because there’s a lot of residence in that purok and many agricultural products like corn,
coconut, cassava, and sugarcane that’s why they need that project.
Hon. Cabaňero: Mr. Chair I second the motion.

Hon. Tabinas: Mr. Chair our Barangay tanod’s told me that if it is ok to us, they want to change
the curfew hour from 9pm to 7pm.
Chair: Hon. Tabinas our committee on Peace and order bring the suggestion of the tanod’s. So,
any suggestions?
Hon. Barcelo: Mr. Chair?
Chair: Yes!
Hon. Barcelo: I think we should not change the curfew hour, unless we face again the high case
of COVID, but we are back in the normal now, so I disagree of changing the curfew hour.
Honorable Kevin: Mr. Chair?
Chair: Yes Mr. Kevin.
Honorable Kevin: I agree of not changing the curfew hour Mr. Chair.
Chair: Ok any other suggestion? If none then let’s vote.
