The Honorable Punong Barangay Novel M. Niño presented before the august body in session
assembled, the Supplemental Budget No. 1 C.Y. 2019 for the financial operation of Personal
Services of Barangay Artacho, Bautista, Pangasinan funded from the 55% Personal Services of
unappropriated increase on Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) and Unconsumed Budget from
Gender and Development Fund

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 S. OF 2019

AMOUNTING TO FORTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY AND NINETY-FIVE
CENTAVOS (₱42,960.95) OF BARANGAY ARTACHO, BAUTISTA, PANGASINAN FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2019.

On motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Roger C. Braceros, Chairman, Committee on

Appropriations duly seconded by all members of Sangguniang Barangay present, be it ordained
by the Honorable Sangguniang Barangay of Artacho in the regular session assembled, it was;

SECTION 1. STATEMENT OF INCOME

1. Unappropriated Increase on

2. Unconsumed Budget of Gender and Development Fund ₱20, 825.51
