BPOC RESOLUTION NO. 1

Series of 2019

A RESOLUTION ENDORSING TO SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF ARTACHO,

BAUTISTA, PANGASINAN TO ADOPT THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 6, SERIES OF
2018 “AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BAUTISTA CODE OF PUBLIC SAFETY, SECURITY
AND ORDER OF 2018” TO STRENGTHEN THE PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC
SAFETY POLICY OF BARANGAY.

Whereas, the Municipal Ordinance No. 6, series of 2018 is vital to strengthen the peace and
order and public safety policy of barangay in order to achieve the peaceful environment and
safeguard of the community;

Whereas, endorsing to adopt Municipal Ordinance No. 6, 2018 particularly on Section 15,
Taking a bath or fully/half naked in public is strictly prohibited;

Whereas, endorsing to adopt Municipal Ordinance No. 6, 2018 particularly on Article E,

Section 8, stray dogs;

Whereas, endorsing to adopt Municipal Ordinance No. 6, 2018 particularly on Section 12,
Public disturbance, no person shall shout malicious words in public, operating videoke and
karaoke machines and other amplified audio sound devices and any other that absolute
cause of public nuisance and disturbance is prohibited;

Whereas, after thorough study and deliberation of Barangay Peace and Order Committee
(BPOC), suggest to adopt the above-stated Municipal ordinance to achieve the peaceful
environment and safeguard of the community;;

Wherefore, on motion of BPOC Vice Chairman Danilo N. Libag and duly seconded by all
members of the committee present, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to submit endorsing the adoption of Municipal

Ordinance No. 6, sries of 2018 to the Sangguniang Barangay of Artacho, Bautista,
Pangasinan for its appropriate implementation.
