RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NAME/PERSONALITY ERICSON B. SIGYEP OF

BARANGAY CALUMBAYA, GALIMUYOD, ILOCOS SUR IS NO LONGER LOCATED IN
THIS BARANGAY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act”7160, otherwise Known as the “Local Government Code of
1991”, the government at the level of the Barangay is tasked to promote the general welfare of its
constituents through the maintenance of peace and order situation thereat through the enforcement of
national and local laws;

WHEREAS, the process of removing the “missing” personalities start with the barangays
confirming that the names/personalities are no longer residing in their respective areas;

WHEREAS, the name/personality ERICSON B. SIGYEP was allegedly involved in crime of

stealing/theft in the year 2018;

NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to DECLARE the

above-mentioned name/personality is no longer located in this barangay;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the MPOC and all other
officials and offices concerned for their information, appropriate action, and reference.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 20th day of October, 2020 at Barangay Rubio, Galimuyod,
Ilocos Sur.
