BUSINESS AT THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, SAN ISIDRO BRANCH, SAN
ISIDRO, ISABELA OF BARANGAY ________________WITH THE ACCOUNT NUMBER

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the
Local Government Code, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council shall authorize Sk Chairperson
and Sk Treasurer to be the authorized signatories at the Landbank of the Philippines San Isidro
Isabela.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay ______________, Jones,
Isabela has concurred the appointment of ___________________, as SK Treasurer dated
________________________;
WHEREAS, the Land Bank of the Philippines, San Isidro Branch, San Isidro, Isabela is
the official depository bank of the barangay and all business transactions are being strictly
transacted by the Treasurer thereof in the interest of service;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it hereby resolved, to authorize Sk Chairperson
______________ and Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer _____________ of Barangay
_____________, Jones, Isabela to be the new signatories and transact business at the Land
Bank of the Philippines, San Isidro Branch, San Isidro, Isabela of Barangay _______________
with the account number ________________________.
RESOLVED further, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Manager, Land
Bank of the Philippines, San Isidro Branch, San Isidro, Isabela, and all others concerned, for
their information and appropriate action.
This resolution remains effective and subsisting and has not been amended, revoked or
suspended.
