“A BARANGAY COUNCIL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG

BARANGAY, ALEJANDRO E. BUSAY AND THE BARANGAY TREASURER,
MARLON JUEVES M. ATTOT TO OPEN A BARANGAY TRUST FUND ACCOUNT
UNDER KALAHI CIDSS KKB-CFW AT THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES
(LBP) - BANGUED BRANCH”

WHEREAS, Barangay Bayabas is one of the recipient barangays for the

implementation of DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS KKB-CFW cycle 1 in the
Municipality of Malibcong, Abra;
WHEREAS, Barangay Bayabas decided to open a Barangay Trust Fund Account at
the Land Bank of the Philippines, Bangued Branch;
WHEREAS, the account to be opened at Land Bank of the Philippines - Bangued
Branch will be used as a depository account of the Barangay for the
KALAHI-CIDSS KKB-CFW Project;
WHEREAS, the Barangay authorizes the Punong Barangay, Alejandro E. Busay and
the Barangay Treasurer, Marlon Jueves M. Attot, as the authorized
signatories of the said Barangay Trust Fund Account;
WHEREAS, transaction on the account shall be limited only to the authorized
signatories as specified above;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY DONE to authorize
Punong Barangay, Alejandro E. Busay and the Barangay Treasurer,
Marlon Jueves M. Attot to open a Barangay Trust Fund Account in
behalf of the community;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to authorize Punong Barangay, Alejandro E. Busay and the
Barangay Treasurer, Marlon Jueves M. Attot, as authorized signatories
to the Barangay Trust Fund Account;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the office of the
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Cordillera
Administrative Region (CAR), No. 40 North Drive, Baguio City and the
Land Bank of the Philippines - Bangued Branch for their information and
record.
