RESOLUTION NO. 101-A-2022

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING HIGH COMMENDATION TO BARANGAY TIPOLO,

MUNICIPALITY OF PLARIDEL, HEADED BY PUNONG BARANGAY LUCITA M.
AVILES, FOR THE OUTSTANDING RECOGNITIONS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS,
GIVING PRIDE TO THE PLARIDELNONS, WORTHY TO THE HONOR OF “GARBO
SA PLARIDEL”

WHEREAS, Barangay Tipolo has been a consistent Municipal and Provincial

Winner of the Lupon Tagapamayapa Incentives Award (LTIA) since 2016;

WHEREAS, Eligible to compete to the Regional scale, Barangay Tipolo

unfailingly bagged the Lupon Tagapamayapa Incentives Award (LTIA) from 2017 to
2020;

WHEREAS, through the efforts and initiative of SB Member and Liga ng mga
Barangay Federated President Lucita M. Aviles, Plaridel took pride and honor for the
highest recognition conferred to a barangay government, the National Lupon
Tagapamayapa Incentives Award (LTIA) in 2018 and 2019;

WHEREAS, Barangay Tipolo, through SB Member and Liga ng mga Barangay

Federated President Lucita M. Aviles, showcased their best practice and exemplary
performance in settling disputes at the grassroots level, ensuring efficiency of
operations, effectiveness in securing the Katarungang Pambarangay objectives and the
creativity and resourcefulness of mediators;

WHEREAS, Barangay Tipolo was also the Municipal Winner of the Municipal Seal
of Good Local Governance. Through the transparent and accountable leadership of its
Punong Barangay, SB Member and Liga ng mga Barangay Federated President Lucita
M. Aviles, Barangay Tipolo was recently bestowed the prestigious Seal of Good Local
Governance for Barangay (SGLGB) for being one of the 549 Barangays declared as
SGLGB National Passers;

WHEREAS, To be awarded the Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay

means the Barangay promotes integrity and upholds exceptional performance as pillars
of a meaningful local autonomy and development;

WHEREAS, The collective efforts and contributions of the Barangay Council of

Tipolo, headed by Punong Barangay Lucita M. Aviles, made possible the various
recognitions and accomplishments, giving honor not only to Barangay Tipolo and the
Municipality of Plaridel, but also to Region 10, whose representation deserves our
expression of appreciation and commendation;

NOW, THEREFORE, on JOINT SPONSORSHIP, the Sangguniang Bayan

Members present –

RESOLVED, to EXPRESS, as it hereby EXPRESSES, High Commendation to

Barangay Tipolo, Municipality of Plaridel, headed by Punong Barangay Lucita M. Aviles,
for the Outstanding Recognitions and Accomplishments, Giving Pride to the
Plaridelnons, worthy to the Honor of “Garbo sa Plaridel;”

RESOLVED FINALLY that a copy of this resolution be given to the Barangay

Council of Tipolo, through its Punong Barangay Lucita M. Aviles, SB Member/Liga ng
mga Barangay Federated President, Municipality of Plaridel, Misamis Occidental, for
their information.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
