RESOLUTION NO. 06 S’ 2023

RESOLUTION OF SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY REQUESTING TO THE OFFICE OF GOVERNOR VICTOR J. YU,

PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWERED LED LIGHTS FOR
STREET LIGHTING IN FOUR(4) PUROKS PART OF TIMBABOY, MIDSALIP ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, it has been agreed by the Sangguniang Barangay Members of this Barangay during
the First Regular Session dated December 06, 2023.

WHEREAS, installing Solar Powered LED Lights in four(4) different Purok in Timbaboy, Midsalip,
Zamboanga del Sur help to reduce vulnerability and road users from unwanted accident.

WHEREAS, the Solar Powered LED Lights will boost economic growth in Barangay Timbaboy by
creating a safer environment for nighttime commerce and social benefits to the constituents.

WHEREAS, it can be used to promote security to increase the quality of life by artificially
extending the hours in which it is light so that activity can take place and improves safety for individual
passer.

RESOLVED, it is hereby resolved to make a humble request to all funds needed for this project.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution shall be promptly furnished to the office
of the Mayor for their review and record.
