RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES -MARAWI

CITY BRANCH TO AUTOMATICALL DEBIT THE 10% SK FUND (AS PER MEMORANDUM
ORDER NO. 010-004 S.2023.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Badak, Pualas, Lanao Del Sur has proposed concreting of Barangay
Maligo to Barangay Badak Road situated at Badak, Pualas, Lanao Del Sur with a total project cost of Php
18,500,000.00 (Eighteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos);

WHEREAS, the Barangay Maligo to Barangay Badak has its existing road but not able to cater
the needs of the constituents;
WHEREAS, the barangay local government lacks sufficient funding to be able to implement the
construction of PROPOSED CONCRETING OF BARANGAY MALIGO TO BARANGAY BADAK
ROAD with a total project cost of Php 18,500,000.00 (Eighteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos);

NOW THEREFORE, the Sangguniang Barangay in session duly assembled Resolves as it is

hereby Resolved requesting the HONORABLE YASSER ALONTO BALINDONG, 2ND DISTRICT
REPRESENTATIVE OF LANAO DEL SUR, for funding of the project: PROPOSED CONCRETING OF
BARANGAY MALIGO TO BARANGAY BADAK ROAD SITUATED AT BADAK, PUALAS,
LANAO DEL SUR with a total project cost of Php 18,500,000.00 (Eighteen Million Five Hundred
Thousand Pesos);

RESOLVED FURTHER that copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Office of

HONORABLE YASSER ALONTO BALINDONG, 2ND DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE OF LANAO
DEL SUR, for information and favorable consideration.
