RESOLUTION WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN

MEMBER TO PROCESS THRU MRS. OMEGA I. OCTOBRE THE AMOUNT OF
( 15, 000.00 ) FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY FOR THE CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
OF BARANGAY LIBAS.CHARGEABLE AGAINST SK FUND.

WHEREAS, based on Ordinanced No. 20 Series.2014 declaring December as Official Day for
Barangay Celebration also known as the Founding Day Ordinance of the Barangay.

WHEREAS, the yearly celebration of Brgy. Day is habitualy done every 28-29 of December of
which all people in the community participated the activities conducted.

WHEREAS, in such spirit of giving, we have a bundle of joy, in a form many contest of sports
like; basketball, singing, dancing. etc.

RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved, in session assembled by the SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN MEMBER ,WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN MEMBER TO PROCESS THRU MRS. OMEGA I. OCTOBRE THE AMOUNT
O ( 15, 000.00 ) FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY FOR THE CULTURAL
ACTIVITIES OF BARANGAY LIBAS.CHARGEABLE AGAINST SK FUND.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Office Concerned for
information and appropriation.
