take care of the following:
i. Some administrative expenses to cover the camporee execution

Fields that are desirous of preparing their own meals are to do so with the understanding
that :

provided by the camp’s administration.
b. They will be required to purchase stoves (one for every 100 campers) at a cost of
$50 plus shipping) per stove.
c. They are to work with the liaison coordinator in Jamaica to source all other items that
will be needed.
Important note:
All fields are required to prepare a menu and grocery list by Friday September 9, 2022.

Registration will be closed on October 31, 2022. It is important that all pathfinders are
registered within the prescribed date since the number of attendees is necessary for the
procurement of patches, pins and other logistics.

Volunteers will be needed to assist with the execution of various events and aspects of the
camporee. Each volunteer must register in the portal as well and will be responsible for their
