RESOLUTION FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE APPOINTMENT OF BARANGAY

TREASURER AND BARANGAY SECRETARY

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Chapter 5 Section 394 and

Section 395 of Republic Act No. 7160. This Act shall be
known and cited as THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE
PHILIPPINES.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council, recognizes the

importance of the position of Barangay Treasurer and
Barangay Secretary in the efficient operation of the
Barangay Administrative and Financial Affairs.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council, acknowledges the

recommendation of the Punong Barangay HON. EDGAR B. AVILLON
for the appointment of the following individuals to the
position of Barangay Treasurer and Barangay Secretary.

A. FELIX CUNANAN - BARANGAY TREASURER

B. DULCE H. TOMOTORGO - BARANGAY SECRETARY

WHEREAS, herein recommendees have met the qualification

standard set forth in foregoing provision of the Local
Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby

resolved, that the Barangay Council, in regular session
assembled, approves the appointment of FELIX CUNANAN as
Barangay Treasurer and DULCE TOMOTORGO as Barangay
Secretary.

FURTHERMORE RESOLVED, the Punong Barangay HON. EDGAR B.

AVILLON is hereby directed to issue necessary appointment
papers and perform all other administrative requirement for
the said appointees,

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be

furnished to the concerned appointees, the Department of the
Interior and Local Government (DILG) and other relevant
government agencies for their information and compliance.

RESOLUTION FOR THE REORGANIZATION OF THE STANDING COMMITTEES

OF EVERY BARANGAY KAGAWAD
 Republic of the Philippines

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Chapter 4 Section 390, Section 391

and Section 392 of Republic Act No. 7160. This Act shall be
known and cited as THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE
PHILIPPINES.

WHEREAS, recognizing the need for a more focused and

organized approach to address specific responsibilities and
concerns of Barangay Kagawads;

WHEREAS, understanding the importance of active

participation and collaboration among Barangay Kagawads for
effective governance;

WHEREAS, collaborating on key barangay projects and

initiatives.
Addressing concerns and issues raised by barangay residents
that fall within the scope of Barangay Kagawads. Providing
recommendations to the Barangay Council on matters relevant
to the roles and functions of Barangay Kagawads.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the composition of the Standing

Committee shall include every Barangay Kagawad as its
member;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the duties and responsibilities of

the Standing Committee shall encompass:

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved,

that the Barangay Council, in regular session assembled,
that the standing committee for barangay will be
established.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the reorganization shall consider the

following principles:

A. Alignment with the current needs and priorities of the

barangay.
B. Equitable distribution of responsibilities among
Barangay Kagawads.
C. Inclusion of new or emerging concerns within the scope
of the standing committees.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that upon approval of the reorganization

plan, the Barangay Kagawads shall elect or be assigned to
their respective standing committees based on the updated
structure;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution shall take effect

immediately. ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 2023, at the
Regular session of the Barangay Council.

Resolution No. 4 Series 2023

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING NO OBJECTION TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF

THE PORPOSED BUIDING OF MOTOMARKET LOCATED AT PHASE 5,
INFINITY,PULUNG MARAGUL, ANGELES CITY.

WHEREAS, a proposal has been presented to the Barangay

Council by Mr. Ryan Chao owner of MOTOMARKET for the construction
buiding located Phase 5, Infinity, Pulung Maragul, Angeles City;

WHEREAS, the proponents have presented detailed plans,

including the nature of business, construction design, and
proposed operational framework, highlighting its positive
contribution to the local economy and community;

WHEREAS, the proponents have demonstrated adherence to the

pertinent and regulations set forth by the barangay and other
relevant governing bodies, ensuring compliance with zoning
ordinance and environmental guidelines;

WHEREAS, After thorought deliberation and assessment of the

proposal considering the potential benefits to the community and
its conformity with existing regulations;

WHEREAS, The Barangay Council requesting to the Moto Market

to allocate 20% of its workforce from the residents of Barangay
Pulung Maragul: We believe that providing employment
opportunities for our constituents will not only contribute to
the economic development of our barangay but also foster a
stronger sense of community involvement and support..

WHEREAS, The Barangay Council aims to ensure the safety,

security, and well-being of all residents by implementing
measures to track and oversee employment activities within its
jurisdiction; and All employed individuals within the
jurisdiction of Barangay Pulung Maragul are requested to obtain a
Temporary Working Permit from the Barangay Council

WHEREAS, All construction activities within the

jurisdiction of Barangay Pulung Maragul are strictly prohibited
from placing construction materials outside the designated
perimeter of the road. Hinder the flow of commuters, and
compromise the safety of both pedestrians and motorists;

NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by

the Barangay Council of Barangay Pulung Maragul, that;

The Barangay Council expresses NO OBJECTION to the

construction of the proposed buiding for MOTOMARKET located at
Phase 5, Infinity, Barangay Pulung Maragul, Angeles City.

The Barangay Council extends its support to the proponents

and encourages their compliance with all necessary requirements
and regulation throughout the construction and operational
phases.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution is adopted this
