“A RESOLUTION CREATING THE BARANGAY INSPECTORATE TEAM (BIT) OF

BARANGAY BATINAO, MUNICIPALITY OF NEW BATAAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY”

WHEREAS, the province of Compostela Valley is one of the project beneficiaries

of the Philippines Rural Development Project (PRDP);

WHEREAS, one of the PRDP projects in Compostela Valley is the Rehabilitation

of Barangay Cabinuangan – Magangit FMR with Three (3) units Bridge Retrofitting
Works;

WHEREAS, Barangay Batinao is one of the Barangays within the project area;

WHEREAS, the parties involved in the implementation of PRDP projects

recognize transparency, accountability and citizens participation;

WHEREFORE, on motion by Sangguniang Barangay Member Kgd. Elizabeth C.

Sarong Committee Chairman on Infrastructure, and duly seconded by all members of
this august body, be it;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to pass and approve a resolution

creating the BARANGAY INSPECTORATE TEAM (BIT) of Barangay Batinao, New
Bataan, Compostela Valley with the following composition and function:
COMPOSITION:

Chairman: Hon. Ronald B. Calamba Sr. Barangay Captain

Member: Elizabeth C. sarong
Arnulfo P. Deguito
Nilda B. Sabite
Crish May M. Calamba

Functions:
1. Participates in the citizens monitoring activities for PRDP and other projects
implemented in the Barangay;
2. Prepare and submits report to the Punong Barangay using available project
monitoring tool designed for the projects;
3. Gives immediate feedback to projects implementers using available feedbacking
mechanism.

RESOLVED FURTHER; that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Provincial

Government Compostela Valley through Provincial project Management and
Implementation Unit (PPMIU), Philippine Rural Development Project – Regional Project
Coordination Office (PRDP-RPCO) and other concerned office for the information &
reference.
