JANETH B MANDIN TO REPRESENT HOMELESS PEOPLES FEDERATION, INC. IN
APPLYING AND PROCESSING FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT OF THE PUBLIC TEACHERS
HOUSING IN DAVAO CITY

WHEREAS, Homeless Peoples Federation Philippines, Inc. (HPFPI) is a non-stock and non-profit
Peoples Organization (PO) duly constituted and operating under the laws of the Philippines, with central office
address at No. 221 Tandang Sora Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines;

WHEREAS, HPFPI in Mindanao together with LinkBuild, Inc are currently implementing a
housing project with the Department of Education and the City of Davao located at Los Amigos Relocation
Site, brgy. Los Amigos, Tugbok District, Davao City;

WHEREAS, Davao City and the HPFPI desire to continue their collaboration to provide low income
constituents with quality, yet affordable, disaster-resilient, green and livable housing, this time for resident
public school teachers with no housing and/ or land holdings within Davao City, assigned to teach in schools
within and near Barangay Los Amigos and its adjacent barangays, in synergy with the Dep-Ed and public
school teachers, as represented by the HOA;

WHEREAS, the HPFPI Mindanao is willing and able to act as primary community organizer,
mobilizer, community savings initiator, coordinator for the conduct of project-related social preparations, as
well as implementation- and post-implementation-related organising activities for the Los Amigos Relocation
Site Public School Teachers Housing Project;

WHEREAS, the project needs to apply for and process its application for building permit in order
to start the implementation of the project;

RESOLVED, that HPFPI Mindanao Regional Coordinator JANETH B. MANDIN to represent

Homeless Peoples Federation, Inc. in applying and processing for the building permit of the public teachers
housing in Davao city

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 4th day of November, 2018.
