AFFIDAVIT OF CONSOLIDATION OF OWNERSHIP

We, OLIVER NEIL C. CRUZ and EARL EDWARD C. CRUZ married to DIANNE
LORAINE C. CRUZ, of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of 69 Coronado Street, Tivoli
Garden Residences Hibiscus Bldg., Unit 2208, Barangay Hulo, Mandaluyong City after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That in the public auction conducted by the City Government of Malabon on June 28,
2021 at Penthouse, Malabon City Hall Bldg., Malabon City pursuant to the provisions of
Act No. 3135 as amended, the undersigned affiants became the purchaser of a certain
foreclosed property with all its improvements, pertaining to the real property under
Tax Declaration Nos. E-00702098(Land) and B-007-06856(Improvement), Transfer
Certificate of Title No: 177428, PIN: 111-01-007-15-193(Land) and 111-01-007-15-193-
1001(Improvement) more particularly described as follows:

2. That the said City of Malabon sold the above-described property with all the
improvements and buildings thereon to the undersigned affiants as the highest bidder
for the sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P 371,000.00),
Philippine Currency;

3. That a Certificate of Sale at Public Auction was issued by the City Government of
Malabon in favor of the undersigned affiants and the same was duly registered with
the Office of the Registry of Deeds of Malabon City on ___________________ as Entry
No.__________123 on the aforementioned title; and

4. That a Certificate of Sale at Public Auction was issued by the said City Government of
Malabon in favor of the undersigned affiants is proper and in accordance with law.
WHEREFORE, by failure of the Mortgagor to redeem the said property, We are
executing this Affidavit for the purpose of consolidating title and ownership of the
above-described property with all the improvements and buildings thereon, as
provided for by law, and We are requesting the Office of the Registry of Deeds to
register the same and issue a new title in the name of the undersigned affiants.

0000(Improvement) more particularly described as follows:

2. That the said City of Malabon sold the above-described property with all the
improvements and buildings thereon to the undersigned affiants as the highest bidder
for the sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (P
377,000.00), Philippine Currency;

3. That a Certificate of Sale at Public Auction was issued by the City Government of
Malabon in favor of the undersigned affiants and the same was duly registered with
the Office of the Registry of Deeds of Malabon City on ___________________ as Entry
No.__________123 on the aforementioned title; and

4. That a Certificate of Sale at Public Auction was issued by the said City Government of
Malabon in favor of the undersigned affiants is proper and in accordance with law.
WHEREFORE, by failure of the Mortgagor to redeem the said property, We are
executing this Affidavit for the purpose of consolidating title and ownership of the
above-described property with all the improvements and buildings thereon, as
provided for by law, and We are requesting the Office of the Registry of Deeds to
register the same and issue a new title in the name of the undersigned affiants.
