AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM
 
          WE, ____________________, both of legal age, married to each other,
Filipinos, and residents of Brgy. Sudapin, Kidapawan City, Philippines, where
notices, orders, resolutions, and other processes of this Honorable Office may be
served to us, hereby depose and say that:
 
1.             We are the legal and true owners of a portion of one (1) parcel of land,
with an area of TEN THOUSAND (10,000) square meters, covered and embraced
under Transfer Certificate of Title No. ______________registered under the name of
___________, of legal age, Filipino, married to _______________ of the Register of
Deeds for Cotabato Province, which is more particularly described as follows:

2. Said land was originally registered as follows:

3.             We acquired ownership over the said parcels of land through a Deed of
Absolute Sale executed by ________________, of legal age, Filipino, married, at
Kidapawan Cotabato (now City). A copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale is hereto
attached as Annex “A”.

3. The lawful ownership of ____________ over the above – described

property was through a Deed of Sale executed by Grace Dimaano, of legal age and
a widow of _____________ at Kidapawan Cotabato (now City). A copy of the Deed
of Absolute Sale is hereto attached as Annex “B”.

4. That the lawful ownership of ______________ sprung from a Deed of

Sale, executed between ________________, of legal age married to
______________, Filipino and ______________, the deceased husband of
_____________ on November 19, 1985 at Kidapawan Cotabato (now City). A copy
of the Deed of Absolute Sale is hereto attached as Annex “C”.
 
5.             Therefore, we claim an adverse interest over the said parcel of land;
and respectfully request that the same be annotated on Transfer Certificate of Title
No. ____________________
 
6.             We hereby execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts, to apprise the appropriate authorities thereof, and for whatever legal purposes
this may serve.
