SPECIAL LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

Philippines, do hereby name appoint and constitute, G and D Equipment Group Inc.,, a
duly licensed corporation under the laws of the Philippines, and with its business
address at , Salvani Street, City Heights, General Santo's City South Cotabato
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name and for my
business regarding a signed leasing contract for equipment and dump trucks of the said
company names aboved, and to act in my place and stead as Operations Manager, to
do and perform the following acts and deeds only.

"To represent the company in its mining site operations at Surigao Del Sur, Philippines
only which necessarily requires the loading, hauling and transporting of nickel ore and
other minerals from the mining area to stockpile yard and ultimately to the sea vessel;
in our identified areas and to make, sign, execute, and deliver any and all documents
and other writings in my name or my companies name of whatever nature or kind,
including but not limited to hauling and transporting of nickel ore and other minerals
from the mining area. No authority to remove, sale or lease our equipment without my
written permission as owner.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact, or substitute full

power and authority to do and perform under this special power limited power of
attorney as fully to all intents and purposes as we ought or could lawfully do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and conforming all our said Attorney-in-fact
shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
