NOTICE TO VACATE

Madam:

I write in behalf of my client, MIGUELA EVANGELISTA, representative of her

siblings LUISA B. CRUZ and SUSANA C. YABUT, with present address at 12 H. Vicencio
Street, Brgy. Hulong Duhat, Malabon City as co owners of a certain parcel of land under
Transfer Certificate of Title no. 146269(11313) with a total area of Sixty Six(66 sq.m.) square
meters relative to her complaint against you to terminate lease agreement and vacate said
property.

You are hereby requested to vacate, quit, and deliver possession thereof in favor of
my client on or before the date of 19 May 2021 for the sole purpose of terminating your lease
agreement for the said property.

Should you refuse, fail to vacate the premises within the given notice period of 90
days, I will take the appropriate legal action to evict you together with those persons
residing therein from the premises. Please note that you will be held responsible for all
present and future rent payments due under your mother’s BIENVENIDA C. RICO tenancy
agreement, as well as any damages to the rental property.
