A RESOLUTION IMPOSING PER DAY FEES FOR COMMERCIAL VENDORS AT BARANGAY

CATULAYAN MANPOWER AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Whereas, the Barangay Catulayan Manpower and Development Center serves as a vital hub for
community activities and development initiatives within Barangay Catulayan;

Whereas, there has been an increasing demand from commercial vendors to utilize the facilities
of the Barangay Catulayan Manpower and Development Center for selling their products;

Whereas, it is necessary to regulate and impose fees on commercial vendors utilizing the
Barangay Catulayan Manpower and Development Center to ensure equitable access to the facilities and
to generate revenue for its maintenance and improvement;

Whereas, it is imperative to establish a per day fee structure for commercial vendors at the
Barangay Catulayan Manpower and Development Center to cover operational expenses and encourage
responsible use of the facilities;

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Barangay Council of Barangay Catulayan:

Section 1: Imposition of Per Day Fees

1.1. Effective immediately, a per day fee of 700 Philippine pesos shall be imposed on commercial
vendors utilizing the Barangay Catulayan Manpower and Development Center.

1.2. The fee of 700 pesos per day shall apply to all commercial vendors selling their products or services
within the premises of the Barangay Catulayan Manpower and Development Center.

1.3. The fees collected shall be earmarked for the maintenance, upkeep, and enhancement of the
Barangay Catulayan Manpower and Development Center.

Section 2: Implementation and Enforcement

2.1. The Barangay Council designates the Barangay Treasurer in the persona of Mrs. Devina M. Lapac
for the implementation and enforcement of this resolution.

2.2. The designated person shall be tasked with verifying the eligibility of vendors, collecting fees, and
ensuring compliance with the fee structure outlined in this resolution.

Section 3: Effectivity

This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by the majority vote of the Barangay Council.
