Pilipinas,” all barangays are directed to strengthen their respective KALINISAN
Weekly Clean-up Drives by ensuring its regular conduct, and by complying with the
requirements of the said program. A regular visit by representatives from DILG Tarlac
in partnership with the Provincial Government of Tarlac – Environment and Natural
Resources Office will be conducted to ensure that the initiative is complied with.

Further, please be informed that Atty. Benjamin C. Abalos, Jr., Secretary of the
Interior and Local Government, will be joining the KALINISAN Weekly Clean-up Drive
in the Province of Tarlac on April 2024. A separate letter will be sent regarding the final
