Greetings of peace and solidarity.

The Office of the Board Member Hon. Karla Monica C. Adajar-Lajara has always been
prioritizing the concerns regarding family, women, social welfare, and community development.
With every ordinance that the Board Member is creating, its content must be cohesive, correct,
and in accordance with the Philippine Constitution. We have been contacting offices to ask for
comments and clarify certain information to validate and strengthen our claims that will help the
people in Laguna once the resolutions and ordinances are implemented.

In line with this, our office would like to clarify if the sectors of the People with Disability and
Senior Citizens both have one (1) percent of the barangay annual budget or they share with
that one percent budget? Your clarification regarding this matter will help us out in creating the
Mental Health Ordinance of Laguna 2023.
