Greetings with peace!

In Celebration of Feast of San Antonio De Padua and National Pride

Month this June The El Familia Youth Organization was holding a one-day activity entitled
“MISS GAY PILA 2023 ” on June 10, 2023, (Saturday) 7:00 PM-11:00 PM. The activity
aims to:

1. Advocate the importance of Sexual Preference Awareness .

2. Strengthen the camaraderie of individuals and to show their talents and
abilities.
3. Promote closer fellowship among El Familia members and the LGBTQIA
members in PILA LAGUNA.

In relation to this, we are humbly seeking your kind office to use the school
covered court on our upcoming event on the said date. As follows, we will still ensure to
follow the safety measurements and protocols, such as social distancing, limited capacity of
audience, as well as to have Marshalls to assist and help us to follow safety protocols. Also,
to ensure and follow the health protocols all candidates, judges and staffs are fully
vaccinated. With this, by using the school covered court, we are going to pay the cost of
electricity on that certain date (June 10, 2023 only) such as lights etc. With your support, the
project will surely be a success. Thank you.
