The College of Health Sciences BSN2 will be conducting a culminating activity:

the Community Health Nursing Seminar on December 13, 2023, at 8:00 AM at Del
Rosario, Naga City, Camarines Sur.

We are writing this letter in the hopes that you will extend your generosity for
our upcoming activity. The main goal is to disseminate knowledge through health
teachings for the communities to provide us the opportunity to apply the knowledge we
gained throughout the semester in a community setting while promoting expert-driven
skills through effective communication and education. Thus, the activity gives us the
chance to demonstrate concepts such as encouraging healthy living, preventing illness,
promoting rehabilitation, evaluating the effectiveness of community resources,
advocating for improved overall community health for the beneficiaries, and improving
our intrapersonal skills.

Meeting the needs of this event requires hard work and funding from our
dedicated donors and volunteers. In an attempt to make it economically feasible for the
attending students and participants, we have been soliciting funds to help cover the
cost. In line with this, we would like to ask for your financial assistance to help fund the
event.
