Dear ____________________

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of 4th Year Nursing
Students of St. John Paul II College of Davao, a dedicated advocate for public health
and well-being in our community. We are currently embarking on a crucial initiative –
a prevention of respiratory illness seminar and vaccination program with the ambitious
goal of reaching 300 participants.

In light of the ongoing global health challenges, our organization is committed to

playing a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of our fellow nursing students
for their upcoming hospital exposure. The program we have planned is designed to
make a significant impact by giving knowledge about preventing respiratory illness and
giving free flu vaccine to substantial number of individuals against preventable
respiratory diseases.

To successfully execute this program, we are seeking financial support to cover the
costs associated with vaccine administration (syringes, alcohol, cotton balls, plaster
tape), food expenses, and other miscellaneous expenses. Your generous contribution
will directly contribute to the overall success of this initiative and, more importantly,
safeguard the health of our community members.

Your support is instrumental in making this program a reality. By contributing to our

cause, you are actively participating in the collective effort to build a healthier and more
resilient community.

Looking forward for your favorable response. We are one with you in helping our
nation for God’s glory. Thank you very much and more power.

Respectfully your,

Leah Mariz Roca
