Extemporaneous Speech
Which is much better than the courtship in the past or the present
generation?

Many say that through the liberalism of modern-day Filipinos, there

have been modifications of courtship that are milder than that in the
West. Present-day Filipino courtship, as in the traditional form,
also starts with the "teasing stage" conducted by friends.

Other say that the traditional Filipino courtship is way more

complicated than nowadays. Evident in courtship in
the Philippines is the practice of singing romantic love songs,
reciting poems, writing letters, and gift-giving.

In my opinion courtship in the past generation is much way harder for

real but in that case, you can see how persistence a man is just to
prove to you that he truly loves you.

According to Molina (1983)“Courtship is the best part of a girl’s

romance and love life.

This means that in the span of courtship, they can enjoy themselves
by being treated with the utmost care and be given with all kinds of
presents, from which it can be observed why some young women put off
marriage to some late time to enjoy the privileges of being always
free to be showered with affection.

So for girls who have suitors here are some tips you should keep in
mind, first, don’t answer a man if you just pity him because you
might end up in a wrong decision. Second don’t be in a rush let it
last know your man first, and lastly let you parents know who is your
admirer it is safer and practical if your parents know about him
because parents know what’s best for you and safety purposes also.

So in those 3 tips, I hope you learn things on how to cope with your
suitors or future suitors. So keep in mind that you’re a princess
and for boys treat your girl right like how you care for your mother,
grandmother, and your sisters. That’s all thank you!

Student A: Same sex marriage should be legalize.
Student B: Same sex marriage should not be legalize

rates than those who banit.

B: Same-sex marriage can lead to othernontraditional forms of

marriage(polygamous, bestial, incestuous etc.)• Same-sex marriage
weakens the institution ofmarriage.

A: Growing up teaching kids that same- sex marriageis the right

thing to do or that there’s nothing wrongwith it can cause confusion
with a child and couldlead to anger within a child when he gets older

B: Adopting children might be good for the gay couple but it is bad
for the kids to be raised by the same sex parents.

Stop Bullying

Bullying is an ongoing and deliberate misuse of power in

relationships through repeated verbal, physical and/or social
behaviour that intends to cause physical, social and/or psychological
harm. It can involve an individual or a group misusing their power,
or perceived power, over one or more persons who feel unable to stop
it from happening.

Bullying can happen in person or online, via various digital

platforms and devices and it can be obvious (overt) or hidden
(covert). Bullying behaviour is repeated, or has the potential to be
repeated, over time (for example, through sharing of digital
records).

Bullying of any form or for any reason can have immediate, medium and
long-term effects on those involved, including bystanders. Single
incidents and conflict or fights between equals, whether in person or
online, are not defined as bullying.

The 3 main features of bullying are:(1)the misuse of power in a

relationship, (2)it is ongoing and repeated and (3)it involves
behaviors that can cause harm.

There are four main types of bullying:

 Physical - examples include: hitting, pushing, shoving or
intimidating or otherwise physically hurting another person,
damaging or stealing their belongings. It includes threats of
violence
 Verbal/written - examples include: name-calling or insulting
someone about an attribute, quality or personal characteristic
 Social (sometimes called relational or emotional bullying)  –
examples include: deliberately excluding someone, spreading
rumors, sharing information that will have a harmful effect on
the other person and/or damaging a person’s social reputation or
social acceptance
 Cyberbullying - any form of bullying behaviour that occurs
online or via a mobile device. It can be verbal or written, and
can include threats of violence as well as images, videos and/or
audio.

Some specific forms of bullying include:

 Racist bullying: belittling, mocking, intimidating or shaming
someone because of their physical appearance, ethnic background,
religious or cultural practices and/or the way they dress or
talk.
 Homophobic and transphobic bullying: bullying on the basis of
sexuality or gender expression. It can include physical violence,
cyberbullying, name calling, exclusion, ‘jokes’ and/or sexual
harassment. It is a common experience for young people who are
same sex attracted, gender diverse or for those who may not
behave according to gender stereotypes. Many Lesbian, Gay,
Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) students may not feel
confident or safe enough to tell anyone about being bullied,
especially if they have not disclosed their sexuality or gender
identity to friends, family or teachers.

However bullying is rampant in the Philippines usually at school

with teenagers like us, almost every one of us already been bulled.
Thats why President Benigno Aquino III has signed Republic Act 10627,
or the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013, which requires all elementary and
secondary schools to adopt policies that will prevent and address
bullying in the classroom.

Students may report anonymously, but the school may not take
disciplinary action solely on the basis of an anonymous report.

Names of students who committed the act of bullying will also be

strictly confidential except to persons involved in the case (school
administrators, teachers, parents).

Appropriate sanctions will be made by the Secretary of Education on

school administrators who will fail to comply with the act's
implementing rules and regulations.

This applies to both public and private schools, wherein private

schools' permit to operate may be suspended.
Reaction Paper
Nowadays you cannot guess if a person is a real girl or boy or
even a transgender isn't it right. We may enter public comfort rooms
with them without knowing. It is unusual to hear something that a
member of the LGBT community is harassing someone in public comfort
room. It is just people mere thinking and for me Sogie bill is not
necessary action to it because it is like a discrimination to them.

Reflection Paper
I think that it is not necessary because creating comfort rooms
specially for the LGBT community would means expenses and another
budget needed in this kind of project that could be use in more
significant things. And it means discrimination for some members of
the LGBT even though they have a chance to have their own comfort
rooms that no one would pry on them.

Writing the main body with facts, Body of the analysis paper:
supporting information and Human expansion throughout the world caused that agriculture is
arguments. a dominant form of land management globally. Human influence on the
land is accelerating because of rapid population growth and increasing
food requirements. To stress the interactions between society and the
environment, the driving forces (D), pressures (P), states (S), impacts (I),
and response (R) (DPSIR) framework approach was used for analyzing
and assessing the influence of agriculture on land use, environment, and
ecosystem services. The DPSIR model was used to identify a series of
core indicators and to establish the nature of interactions between
different driving forces, pressures, states, impacts, and responses. We
assessed selected indicators at global, national, and local levels. Driving
force indicators describe growing population trend and linking land‐use
patterns. The driving forces exert pressure on the environment assessed
by indicators describing development in fertilizer and pesticides
consumption, by number of livestock, and by intensification joined
growing release of ammonia and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from
agriculture, and water abstraction. The pressure reflects in the state of
environment, mainly expressed by soil and water quality indicators.
Negative changes in the state then have negative impacts on landscape,
e.g., traditional landscape disappearance, biodiversity, climate, and
ecosystem services. As a response, technological, economic, policy, or
legislation measures are adopted.
Ending up with a powerful statement Ending:
Instead of destroying our natural resources we should take care of
it and use it in good terms. Urbanization is not the real answer for the
economic growth.
