coordination with DILG Bamban, will be holding its SK Congress with a theme “S T E A M:
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN’S TERM-BASED PLANNING AND WORKSHOP,
EMPOWERMENT, ANALYTICAL LEADERSHIP AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
THRU EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT” on April 12-14, 2024 at Travelite Hotel
Legarda, Baguio City.

Relative to this, may we respectfully request that Ms. Jackie D. Galario, who was elected as
SK Member of Barangay San Nicolas, Municipality of Bamban Province of Tarlac for her to
be excused from her classes and attend the above-mentioned activity. Her attendance is a
