existing communication and cooperation between both sides.

b. Learner’s Risk at Failing
c. Homeroom Guidance Program
d. School Documents such as PSA/NSO and SF 10
e. Election of HRPTA Officers for S.Y. 2023-2024

General Comments and A parent-teacher conference helps in conveying to parents the

Issues Encountered areas in which their children excel as well as providing them
with specific suggestions on how to enhance their performance
and character development.

18 parents/ guardians attended the said meeting, and the others

were informed through Facebook messenger and text message.

Recommendations Make extra efforts to ensure that all parents and guardians are
present in the meeting.
