BSP and GSP School Investiture

BSP and GSP Members

1. Pursuant to District Memo No. 60 s. 2022 entitled “BSP Investiture Ceremonies” and District
Memo No. 58 s. 2022 entitled “GSP Investiture Ceremony”, this office is providing the school
BSP and GSP schedules of practice to be done prior to the scheduled school investiture by
the District;

2. See attached Annex A for the schedule of practice for the upcoming BSP and GSP Investiture
and the Teachers-In-Charge for the said days and venue of the said practices shall be only
inside the school premise;

3. The participants of the mentioned school investiture are the School Head, Teaching
Personnel BSP Leaders and GSP Leaders, Registered BSP and GSP Scouts, and their respective
parents.

4. School Investiture shall be done on the 5th of January 2023 at 3:00pm for GSP and 5:00pm
foro BSP in Catarman Elementary Covered Court;

5. Teaching Personnel Scout Leaders are hereby directed to provide letter of information to the
parents of the registered scouts with the parent’s content as provided in Annex B;

6. Regular class schedules shall be observed. Only registered scouts are allowed to be pulled
out from their classes for the schedule of practices provided that these learners shall be
provided with make-up activities for the affected classes;
