ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. TITLE: School Based BSP/GSP Encampment

II. Rationale:
Scouting is a value laden activity which is very important part of students life. It builds a
character that is useful to the community and the society.It imparts learning that being
taught in scouting helps the individual student to be fruitful and beneficial in nation
building.

III.Objectives:

1. Promote the scouting movement among the pupils

2. Increase the GSP awareness and membership
3. Develop the values of sportsmanship
III. ACTIVITIES

A.PRE IMPLEMENTATION TIME FRAME PERSONS INVOLVED

1.Present the plan to the teachers October 10,2022 Gsp coordinator, teachers and School head

2.Reorganize the different patrol October 11,2022 Teachers and School head ,Troop leader
3.Recruit interested pupils to participate October 12,2022 Teachers and school head
4.Register the scouts to the council October 24,2022 Troop Leaders
B. IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
1.Conduct school based competition on November 26,2022 Troop Leaders, teachers, school head and
different games scouts
a. twinklers
b. star scouts
C. Junior Scouts
C.POST IMPLEMENTATION
Give awards to the wining patrol Troop leaders and school head
