I, MRS. JOILYN A. DOCTOLERO, would like to submit my request for transfer from
BARMM- Simsiman High School to DEPED North Cotabato Division – Presbitero National
High School. I rendered eight years of service in this school and I gained a lot of work
experience which helped me hone my skills in teaching.

Here are the following reasons that may support my request to transfer:

1. That I am in the Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) in Senior High School for
School Year 2022-2023 in the Division of North Cotabato;
2. That I can save my everyday travel expenses, hence favorable to me and my family;
3. That I am a resident of the area, hence I can save time and effort traveling to my work
station.

I highly appreciate your positive response and immediate action regarding my request.

a. I am a solo parent with a seven (7) year old kid.

b. Both of my parents are aged and senior citizen and nobody can watch and monitor
my child; and
c. Serving fifteen (15) years in this community is enough to be placed back in my
own community since I am a resident of Poblacion 2, Pigcawayan, Cotabato.
