s.2016 entitled “ Additional Guidelines to Deped Order No. 47 s.2014:, the following shall be observed during the
elections for SPG/SSG officers for the School Year 2020-2021.

Presidential election Forum February 12-13, 2020
Campus-wide Presidential and Vice Presidential debates

In connection with this, the school leadership had chosen you as the moderators of the said activities and
perform the following roles;
 Conducting the toss coins to determine the order of questions
 Explaining the ground rules to the audience
 Introducing the candidates
 Preparing and asking Questions in Forum/Debates
