    II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

     The program was conducted to inculcate to the mind of the pupils


    the importance of leadership, good governance, and to exercise their
    right to suffrage. Supreme Pupil Government is a school
    organization whose purpose is to train the pupils to become a better
    citizens in the future and to develop pupils’ skills and abilities in
    achieving quality education and academic excellence through
    cooperative works among themselves in achieving their goals.

     There were two political parties who are composed of qualified pupils
    presenting their qualifications and platforms during their room to
    room campaign last September 12, 2022. The program was
    administered by the school COMELEC and the teacher-adviser.

     The Miting De Avance was conducted Ibarra Elementary School


    stage last September 12, 2022, after the flag raising ceremony for
    the morning session, and at 4:00 o’clock for the afternoon session.

     The SPG Election 2022 was conducted at September 14, 2022.

     The proclamation of winners was done immediately after the


    election, followed by a very short meeting with the SPG adviser.

     All in all, the conduct of the celebration was successful.

    V. MAJOR PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

    During the conduct of the miting de avance, only technical


    problem with the sound system is the microphone which has
    gone mute few minutes before the program ended.

    Thorough preliminary activities should be conducted like


    screening of questions and an organize orientation of the two
    running parties with coordination to the SPG officers,
    COMELEC members, and adviser.
