    A RESOLUTION ON THE REQUEST FOR RIPRAP CONSTRUCTION OF EXPOSED


    SLOPE IN FRONT OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING

    WHEREAS, during the School Governance Council (SGC) regular meeting held on February
    28, 2024, the council deliberated on the Request for Riprap Construction of the Exposed
    Slope in Front of the Junior High School Building, presented by Brgy. Del Carmen;

    WHEREAS, the exposed slope poses potential risks and hazards to the safety of the school
    community, including students, teachers, and staff;

    WHEREAS, the SGC recognizes the urgency of addressing the safety concerns raised by the
    barangay and ensuring the well-being of the school community;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the SGC, in a regular meeting convened for
    this purpose, hereby approves the request for riprap construction to mitigate the risks
    associated with the exposed slope in front of the Junior High School Building.

    FURTHER RESOLVED:

    The SGC will collaborate closely with Brgy. Del Carmen to facilitate the timely
    implementation of the riprap construction project.

    The SGC requests regular updates from Brgy. Del Carmen on the progress of the riprap
    construction project, including milestones achieved and challenges encountered.

    The SGC emphasizes the importance of implementing safety measures during the
    construction process to ensure the well-being of the school community.

    WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING
