NARRATIVE REPORT ON
OPLAN BALIK ESKWELA 2021
To ensure that all learners are properly enrolled and able to attend school on the
first day of classes, the Department of Education launched the Oplan Balik Eskwela 2021. In
reference to Division Memorandum No. 414, s. 2021, Glicerio A. Lim Elementary School,
formerly named as San Isidro Elementary School, organized the OBE PACC committee that
served as an information and complaints processing and routing mechanism. The OBE PACC
committee answered some queries and cater concerns about the enrolment and upcoming
classes.
The school also joined the Barangay regular session with the Barangay Council to
coordinate and ensure a smooth and safety enrolment roll out. Distribution of MLESF was
done by using drop boxes in every Purok/ CLCs throughout the brgy and also the posting of
HOTLINES or teachers’ numbers and infographic/ poster about OBE. The committee also
posted in social media (School’s FB page and teachers’ personal page) to campaign and
encouraged learners to enroll. To make certain that all learners were enrolled in this school
year, all advisers and subject teacher update and tracked their learners through SMS calling/
texting and chatting the parents and guardians through messenger. Face-to-face or on site
enrollment was also conducted in school to accommodate those who were transferees and
new in-coming students, observing health protocols. More to that, members of the OBE
PACC assisted the ICT School Coordinator in accomplishing the MLESF for faster online
enrollment and reporting.
Summing it up, the Oplan Balik Eskwela 2021 was conducted successfully through
the joint selfless efforts of the school head, teachers, BLGU, parents and all stakeholders.
