Subject: 2022 RECOGNITION DAY

1. In accordance with DepED Order No.018 s.2021, Interim Guidelines on Giving

of Awards and Recognition in Light of the Basic Education Learning Continuity
Plan for School Year 2020-2021 and DepEd Order No.021 s.2021, Extending
the effectivity of DepEd Order No. 018 s.2021 to School Year 2021-2022 and
Amending Certain Provisions Thereof have been designed to formally
recognize the outstanding performance and achievement of learners. In line
with this, Virgilio B. Melendres Memorial Elementary School will conduct an in
classroom face-to-face Grade Level Recognition to Academic Excellence
learners who garnered an average of 90-94 with Honors, 95-97 with High
Honors and 98-99 with Highest Honors on their academics on July 29,
2022, from 8:00-12:00 PM.

2. The objectives of this are:

a) conduct simple Recognition Day;
b) strengthen school-community partnership; and
c.) recognize pupils hard work and excellent performance.

3. Participants to this activity are the pupils to be recognized, their parents and
teachers.

4. The venue of each recognition are their respective classrooms.

5. To ensure the health and safety of everyone, all attendees are required to
answer http://bit.ly/HealthDeclarationSchoolEvents a day before attending the
orientation. All attendees are also enjoined to observe strict health protocols.

6. Narrative and Pictorial report shall be submitted by each Grade level.
