    1. The unique Filipino identity is to create a sense of pride in being a Filipini, In line with the
    Proclamation No. 241 Declaring the Third week of September as “Linggo ng kasuotang
    Pilipino.

    2. It is necessary to show the significance of Filipino costumes and attire in order to give
    credit Filipino Heritage and culture

    3. As an institution, Manggahan Elementary School abide the said proclamation

    4. Whereby all grade level teachers, Non teaching Personnel & learners are encourage to wear
    any Filipino Costume on September 21, 2022.

    5. Advisers are also encouraged to take pictures and post on their social media platform for
    documentation purposes.

    6. Compliance to this memorandum is highly expected.
