I.INTRODUCTION
Significant changes in learning delivery, resources, and environments are sparked by
emergencies. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how people interact with systems, how
they work, and how resources are allocated. Education is required to use this new compass to
navigate the world of teaching and learning since it has revealed a different set of objectives
and long-term goals. Meeting the educational requirements of students, i.e., protecting and
upholding students' rights to education, remain paramount within these shifting
circumstances. The ultimate goals of education remain the same, but the mechanisms through
which the goals can be reached have to be redesigned and done differently.
1. Ensuring that all students can catch up and accelerate their learning throughout all
grade levels.
2. Protecting the health, safety, and welfare of students, teachers, and other school staff,
3. Intensifying reading interventions in schools, detecting learning gaps, creating
suitable evaluations, and carrying out remediation and intervention programs and
activities to make up for lost learning.
A. Accomplishments
1. Enrollment. The official total enrollment of San Nicolas Elementary School
for SY 2021-2022 based on Learners Information System (LIS) as of Quarter
4 of the said school year was 156 pupils. There is a slight decrease of 0.29%
(5 pupils) in our enrollment compared to the number of enrollees on the
beginning of SY 2021-2022

The pandemic has brought a lot of changes including the school’s enrollment. The
minimal decrease in the number of enrollees was due to the inevitable transfer of learners’
residency to other districts or towns. Having that in mind, the school’s plan is to welcome
more transferees in order to increase the enrollment for the next school year.
Learning materials accessible for Kindergarten through Grade 6 are listed in the
table on the following page. It demonstrates that SNES instructors made certain that each
and every learner had their own copy of the learning materials.

3. Learning Outcomes. At the end of every quarter, teachers had gathered learners’
assessment results in order to track learners’ progress and provide the necessary learning
interventions. Thus, there is a constant monitoring of learners’ performance in order to
address learning gaps.
The table below shows the percentage of learners who passed and promoted last
SY 2021-2022.
4. Learning and teaching methods. Effective and relevant tactics need to be selected with
consideration in order to have a successful teaching-learning process. Teaching strategies
are techniques used to assist students in learning the appropriate course material and
creating future objectives.
During the modular distance learning, teachers primarily utilized the SLMs, answer
sheets, and WHLP prescribed in the MELCS. Parental, guardian, and instructor contact
must be continuous and successful during modular distance learning. This can be done
through limited face-to-face interactions, texts, calls, or chats. Teachers utilized the
available learning resources and media platform to satisfy the demands of remote learning
(google meet and zoom).
Some of the school's teaching and learning strategies for SY 2021-2022 include the
following:
1.By giving them the necessary materials and procedures that are best suited to them,
learning activities for students are fully implemented and exploited. This is done by constant
connection via Facebook chat, sending YouTube links, responding queries from students
about their lectures, online reading assessment, online class discussions using google
meet/zoom and online kumustahan.
2. Assist them in achieving the targeted learning outcome and developing the
essential competence, performance tasks were assigned to learners.
3.Both primary and intermediate school teachers help their students develop a
passion of studying by providing them with the support they need while accessing various
online media platforms.
Based on SSAT Monitoring, these were the preparations done by the school for the
Progressive Expansion of Limited Face-to-Face Learning Modality.
1. Classes that are planned to accommodate both in-person and online students while
adhering to the teachers' 6-hour maximum per week in the classroom.
2.Created a lesson plan that adheres to the recommended amount of contact time for
instruction and learning.
4.Made sure that the class size adheres to the following guidelines: maximum of 12
students for kindergarten; for grades 1 to 6, the number of students in a classroom must take
into account the varying classroom sizes and the necessary one-meter physical distance; and
maximum of 12 students at a time for all other grades.
1. Safe Operations
3. Focus on Learning
5.Educational Financing

practices.
