    SUBJECT : OBSERVANCE OF THE EARTH HOUR 2023

    In support of the Earth Hour 2023, all DILG Region 8 personnel are encouraged to
    observe the said activity from 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM on March 25, 2023 by taking a
    break from your routine and switching off of lights in 60 minutes.
