SUBJECT : COMPLIANCE AND SUBMISSION OF DISASTER RESPONSE

CAPABILITY ASSESMENT TOOL

This is in reference to the advisory dated January 26, 2024, signed by Undersecretary
for Local Government Marlo L. Iringan, regarding the "Compliance and Submission of
Disaster Response Capability Assessment Tool (DRCAT)."

In view thereof, all field officers are instructed to disseminate a copy of this directive
to their respective Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (LDRRM) Officers.
It is imperative that they promptly complete the Disaster Response Capability
Assessment Tool, available in Excel format and downloadable via the provided link
below. Once the Excel file is duly accomplished, please submit it through the
designated links assigned to each province and city:

The deadline for submission is set on February 16, 2024. All Disaster Risk Reduction
(DRR) Focal Officers are directed to monitor the submission progress of their
respective Local Government Units (LGUs), including the Provincial level. Kindly refer

For the information and guidance of all concerned, your prompt attention and strict
compliance with this directive are highly appreciated.
