PROCEED FOR FY 2023 RLIP PROJECTS

This is in reference to the Memorandum re Submission of Notice to Proceed (NTP) for

RLIP FY 2023 Projects dated June 27, 2023.

As of July 24, 2023, 165 out of 298 or only 55.37% of the target number of NTPs were
submitted. The table below shows the status of compliance per Province/HUC/ICC.

LGUs with pending submission for your guidance.

SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF NOTICE TO PROCEED FOR RLIP FY 2023

PROJECTS

This is in relation to the implementation of the Results-Based Monitoring and

Evaluation of LGU Infrastructure Projects (RLIP) for the Fiscal Year 2023.

For FY 2023, projects enrolled in the SubayBAYAN portal must be ready to be

implemented with Notices to Proceed (NTP) issued to winning bidders or Contract for
Goods/Labor or other applicable agreements (for projects to be undertaken by contract
or for projects to be implemented by administration, respectively).

To ensure compliance by the LGUs of the above criteria for project selection, they
were requested to provide this office scanned copies of NTP of the enrolled FY 2023
RLIP projects. However, several LGUs are yet to submit the requested copies.

In view thereof, attached herewith is the list of LGUs with no submission as of June
26, 2023. All concerned are enjoined to facilitate the listed LGUs’ submission NLT
June 30, 2023 which may be made by uploading the requested copies through the
link: https://tinyurl.com/RLIP2023-NTPs.
