MEMORANDUM
For Region 8, 14 out of 15 LGUs passed the assessment. The eligible list is divided into 2
parts. Annex 1 is the list of LGUs that met all of the requirements for the FY 2022 PBB grant.
These LGUs are entitled to a maximum rate of 65% of their monthly basic salary (MBS) as
of December 31, 2022. Annex 2, on the other hand, consists of LGUs with 1 deficiency in
the PBB requirements. These LGUs on the latter list are entitled to a maximum rate of 50%
of their MBS, with isolation of the unit/s and official/s most responsible for the deficiency.
In the meantime, to hasten the process of the grant of PBB and while waiting for the Notice
of Eligibility (NOE) of LGUs that passed the evaluation, kindly advise the concerned LGUs
to accomplish Form 1 not later than December 8, 2023. The said form is accessible through
this link: https://bit.ly/FY2022PBB.
Also, please be reminded that the LGU can only grant the PBB after receiving the NOE and
submitting Form 1 to the: a) CD or CLGOO for cities; and b) MLGOO for municipalities.
Moreover, the LGUs that failed or with one deficiency in the assessment may send a letter
of appeal directly to the concerned agency.

The Chair of the AO25 IATF Technical Working Group provided the Department with the
final list of LGUs that are eligible to grant FY 2022 PBB to their respective officials and
employees. Attached is a copy of the list for your reference.
The list is divided into 2 parts. Annex 1 is the list of LGUs that met all of the requirements
for the FY 2022 PBB grant. These LGUs are entitled to a maximum rate of 65% of their
monthly basic salary (MBS) as of December 31, 2022. Annex 2, on the other hand, consists
of LGUs with 1 deficiency on the PBB requirements. These LGUs on the latter list are

This Bureau will process the individual Notice of Eligibility (NOE) of LGUs that passed the
evaluation. In the meantime to hasten the process of the grant of PBB for local officials and
employees, kindly advise the concerned LGUs to accomplish Form 1 not later than
December 15, 2023. The said form is accessible through the link provided
previously: https://bit.ly/FY2022PBB.
Also, please be reminded that the LGU can only grant the PBB after receiving the NOE and
submitting Form 1 to the: a) DILG Provincial Director for provinces; b) CD or CLGOO for
cities; and c) MLGOO for municipalities.
Finally, LGUs that have already waived their right to the FY 2022 grant will not be required
to submit Form 1 and will not receive the NOE.
