SUBJECT : INVITATION TO THE ORIENTATION ON THE PEACE AND

ORDER COUNCIL (POC) PERFORMANCE AUDIT ON
FEBRUARY 8-10, 2022

DATE : January 27, 2022

This Bureau, through the Strengthening Peace and Order Council – PMO, will be
conducting an “Orientation on the Peace and Order Council (POC) Performance
Audit” on February 08 to 10, 2022, through Zoom Online Teleconference Platform.
The activity aims to provide the necessary information to properly navigate and utilize
the new POC Portal which shall act as an all-in-one platform for the review of LGU
POPS Plans and their documents for the POC Audit. Updates and revisions to the
Audit Policy shall also be discussed.

Relative thereto, we are inviting all DILG Regional Focal and Alternate Focal Persons
for an orientation and workshop training on the above-mentioned activity. Furthermore,
in view of the limited capacity of the Zoom Platform and the expected volume of
participants, the same invitation is extended to all DILG Provincial and City/Municipal
Offices to be represented by either a lone focal or alternate focal person. The online

Due to the expected large number of participants, the orientation will be divided into
three batches, specifically, North Luzon Cluster, South Luzon Cluster, and Visayas-
Mindanao Cluster. Please refer to the attached program for further details on the
expected activities for each day.
