A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. JOE MARK Y.

PADORA AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY
ANONANG, VALENCIA, BOHOL

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang

Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall
be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the
concurrence of the majority of all the SK Members (SK Members from the among the
members of the KK).

WHEREAS, Mr. Joe Mark Y. Padora possesses all the qualifications for a
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary as provided under the Section 10 of Republic Act
10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment

of Mr. Joe Mark Y. Padora of Barangay Anonang, Valencia, Bohol until the end of the
term of appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be given to Mr. Joe Mark Y.
Padora for his file, copy furnish the DILG City/Municipal Government Operations Office
and the Local Youth Development Office, Valencia, Bohol for their information and
record.
