    A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF HON. VICTOR S.


    GOLLOSO JR. AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BUDGET MONITORING
    OFFICER OF BARANGAY GADGARAN, CALBAYOG CITY, SAMAR.

    WHEREAS, COA CIRCULAR No. 2020-003 Section 3.12 of the Handbook on the
    Financial Transaction of the Sangguniang Kabataan, provided that the
    Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all
    the Sangguniang Member shall designate a Budget Monitoring officer (BMO)
    who shall be responsible in the monitoring of budget and preparation of budget
    reports. The budget Monitoring Officer (BMO) shall come from the Sangguniang
    Kabaataan Official except the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer.

    WHEREAS, Hon. Victor S. Golloso Jr. is a Sangguniang Kabataan Official


    having been duly elected Sangguniang Kabataan Member last October , 2023 in
    Synchronized Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election.

    WHEREAS, Hon. Victor S. Golloso Jr. possess all the qualification for
    Sangguniang Kabataan Budget Monitoring Officer (BMO) as provided under
    COA Circular No. 2020-003 Section 3.12 of the Handbook on the Financial
    Transaction of the Sangguniang Kabataan.
    NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is herby resolved to concur the
    appointment of Hon. Victor S. Golloso Jr. as the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Budget Monitoring Officer (BMO) of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay
    Gadgaran, Calbayog City Province of Samar

    I HEREBY CERTIFY, the correctness of the foregoing resolution, which was


    attested and approved by the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Brgy. Gadgaran
    OfficIals during their regular session on February 18, 2024
