A. Rationale
Basketball in the Philippines has been a huge part of its culture. Local Government Units
would always put-up basketball in line with Pre Fiesta celebrations of every Barangay to
advocate sports among the youth. The “Bola Kontra Droga “Basketball Tournament
addresses the pressing issue of drug abuse among youths and educate at-risk
individuals. This Project rationale lies in its potential to raise awareness.

B. Activity Description : “ BOLA KONTRA DROGA” PRE FIESTA BASKETBALL LEAGUE

Objectives:

1. To educate and empower young individuals with knowledge and awareness , enabling them
to actively participate in counteracting drug abuse and terrorism.
2. To promote a safer and resilient community .
