Good day, We the SIRAK Kabataan San Policarpo Movers of Calbayog City is writing you
this letter. We, the SIRAK Kabataan is a group of empowered youth leaders who aims to
promote sustainable development policies and programs for and with the Samarnon youth. In
an effort to revitalize the youth as a viable source of leadership, development and productivity,
spearheads and conducts different activities to the empowerment of the youth.

Sharing the same mission, The SIRAK Kabataan San Policarpo Movers would like to ask
for help from you and your good office for our upcoming MEDICAL, DENTAL, TULI OPERATION
AND FEEDING PROGRAM with the collaboration and partnership of SIRAK kabataan 1 st district of
Samar and Sangguniang Kabataan of San Policapo this coming April 24, 2023 (MONDAY) as one
of the activities on our fiesta celebration. Meeting the needs of this event requires hard work as
well as funding for the lunch and snacks for the medical and dental team.

In line with this, we would like to ask for assistance to help fund the event. It could help
create a positive difference in the lives of our community.
